Terms and Conditions

In order to be eligible for Sears Gift Card rewards and to receive the Sears Home Savings Book, you must use a participating Sears Certified Agent, sign a referral agreement, and sign a buyer representation or listing agreement. Reward value varies by sale price of home. The reward of 0.6% of sale price of home is contingent on the Sears Certified Agent receiving commission rates standard for their brokerage. Commission discounts may affect final reward value. Leases and/or Rentals are do not qualify for the rewards. New Homes from Builders' Plans may not qualify for the rewards. Availability of services and amount of reward varies by province, territory or region of Canada.

Sears Certified Real Estates Services is operated by QV Realty Inc., Brokerage, which is duly licensed to trade in real estate pursuant to the Real Estate and Business Broker Act, 2002. QV Realty receives referral fees from participating Sears Certified Agents and issues Sears Gift Card rewards to real estate buyers and sellers. Every Sears Certified Agent is duly licensed within the jurisdiction in which they provide service; many are associated with national real estate companies.
